Prices quoted are starting rates only, per room, per night, in US dollars, and are subject to availability at time of reservation. Prices may change without notice. Certain blackout dates, day of arrival and length of stay restrictions may apply, and may vary by arrival date. Rates do not include taxes and gratuities unless otherwise noted. Offers are not applicable to groups, nor combine-able with other special offers or promotions.

Please contact the Front Desk at (561) 588-7331 if you are in need of early initial check in or later check-out time on your departure date.  A fee may apply depending on your check in or departure time as it will be based on availability.

Minimum age for check-in: 21 years. Guest must present government authorised valid photograph original identification in order to check in.  In addition, Check-in Guest full name must match the name on the reservation in addition to name on the credit card to be used for the charges of the duration of stay.

No visitor allowed in guest room or on premise.

No Pets allowed in all guest room. No Smoking in all guest rooms. Evidence of Pet or Smoking in guest room will result in $250 cleaning charge to the guest by the management. Tobacco smoking is permissible in public area and/or outside of the building.

Reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card at time of reservation. Certain rates and periods designated by the hotel require full pre-payment of room and tax for the entire stay at the time of reservation.

Reservations can be cancelled at no charge to the guest if done so by 6pm two days before arrival (unless a Rate plan requiring immediate and full payment, which does not allow for cancellations, was booked). Should a guest fail cancel by this time a late cancellation fee equal to the amount of the first night room and tax will apply. If a guest fails to check-in, the "Lodge" will charge the guest a ‘no-show charge’ equal to the amount of the first night room and tax. Rate Plans requiring immediate payment at the time of reservation, do not allow cancellations and no refunds will be given in the event of early departures, no show or cancellation.

At check-in, Silver Palm Lodge will authorise the guest's credit card for an amount equal to room/ tax (unless pre-paid) plus estimated incidental expenses for the entire stay. Any unused authorisation will be released at check-out. We discourage the use of debit cards as the release time of authorisation's determined by guest's bank.

"Lodge" provides free parking for authorised guests only.
